SHIPPING & DELIVERY
All deliveries are sent via specialist courier. Our preferred courier to Ireland and the Channel Islands is DHL. Delivery to Northern Ireland, the Isle of Man, the Shetland Islands and the Orkney Islands will usually be made using Yodel. We, including our suppliers and affiliates, cannot be held responsible for any delays caused by our chosen courier. This includes (but is not limited to) strike action, adverse weather conditions, loss, damage or failure to find the destination address. By placing your order on our website, it is assumed that you are able to make yourself available to receive delivery, or you are prepared to make alternative arrangements with our designated courier. If alternative arrangements need to be made to ensure a successful delivery, please contact us and we will gladly assist in any way we can.

All orders received before 5pm are manufactured and shipped the following working day. Orders received after 5pm may be processed one working day later.

PLEASE NOTE -All our mats are manufactured for right hand drive vehicles, unless stated otherwise. If your steering wheel is on the left hand side, the majority of our patterns will not fit.
ORDER CHANGES OR CANCELLATIONS
If you wish to change your order please contact our sales team on 00441625502668 between 9am and 5pm GMT, Monday to Friday. Unfortunately as all our mats are made to order it may not always be possible to make alterations once the manufacturing process has begun, so we ask that you get in touch with us as soon as possible to avoid such a scenario.
If your item has already been delivered please follow our returns procedure.
If you would like to cancel your order prior to it being dispatched, but after the mats have been manufactured an administration fee of 25% will apply. This is because all our mats are made to order and it is unlikely that we could resell your bespoke order to another customer.
RETURNS & REPLACEMENTS
Should you be unhappy with your order please do get in touch with us as soon as possible. Please do not return any packages to us without making contact first as a return form is required to ensure we can match your returned package to your order in order to send a refund. As we sell tailored made-to-order products we are unlikely to be able to resell any returned items, therefore returns will only be accepted when the item is faulty or damaged. We cannot accept returns for items purchased in error so please check the fitment guide available on each product page before placing an order.
Unless a product is being returned due to a fault or damage original delivery postage and return postage will not be refunded.
